It is a decent opener for the money, but it's got a pretty small edge for opening the bottles with. I should've looked a little harder before buying this one. Yet if you're careful enough, and have a steady hand, this opener works fine. But let's be real- who has a steady hand after opening 5-6 "bottles" ?

I bought this because I loved the look of it-- it's a great-looking piece. Unfortunately, it does not do the trick functionally. It wobbles and is not built to the right size to effectively open bottles. Bummer!

It doesn't seem to have enough of an angle to it. Disregard my title, it does open the bottles, you just have to tilt them up so far that the contents of the bottles spill every time. This is sad because it was one of the only nice looking ones that i found.
